Burak was born on October 29, 1977. We were very happy to see our brother; however we were not allowed to see our mother because we had to be at least 14 years old –standard protocol for those years. We talked to father about seeing our mother. My father said I’ll get you in through the back door. We called this “Operation Petticoat”. We got the name from a war movie comedy about submarines called Operation Petticoat. My father helped us see our mother while she was in the hospital.
